Julie has been with CTV since September 2011. She got her start reporting and anchoring at CTV Yorkton, then moved on to CTV Saskatoon, as a chase producer for CTV Morning Live. She is now a full time news reporter.
Julie was born in Saskatoon, and raised on her family farm near Harris. This has created a knowledge and interest for her to enjoy agricultural reporting, producing stories for Farmgate whenever she can. Julie attended Lethbridge College and graduated in 2011 with a diploma in Communication Arts – Broadcast Journalism.
When Julie’s not hunting for a great, rural story, she’s escaping the fast, city life to spend time with her family at the Mireau farm.
