Cold weather caused quite the mess Friday for a business in downtown Saskatoon.
A frozen pipe set off the sprinkler system at MC College, a hair and esthetics school, just after 9 a.m.
The Saskatoon Fire Department was called for reports of smoke, which turned out to be steam, in the building.
The cost of damage from the water is not yet known.
Classes for students and appointments for clients have been cancelled Friday and Saturday to allow staff to clean up.
