Friday is the final day for MS patients to apply to be part of Saskatchewan's clinical trials for the Liberation Treatment.

A total of 86 Saskatchewan MS patients will be sent to Albany, New York later this spring to participate in the trial.

All participants will undergo a procedure, but only half will receive the Liberation Treatment. No one will know which group they were in until after the two-year experiment is over.

As of Thursday afternoon, 670 MS patients had applied to be part of the clinical trials.

To put your name in, you can log on to the Ministry of Health's Website or call the toll free number 1-855-690-9901. Applications close at midnight.
