Ingredients:

  •  1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Topping:

  • Icing sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter
  • Maple syrup

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, water, egg, and salt together until blended but still slightly lumpy.

2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, pour in enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan while trying to make the pancake as thin as possible.

3. When the batter sets and is golden on the bottom, flip the pancake and cook until golden on the second side.

4. As you pull each pancake from the pan, spread with your choice of toppings and fold or roll up.
