A driver who crashed into Silverspring School earlier this year has been ordered to pay for all the damages.

Jeremy Robinson appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court Thursday and was ordered to pay $100,000 to SGI.

In April, the 25-year-old man drove into the side of the school, smashing through a brick wall and into a classroom.

Court records show his blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit.

The judge in the case called it a serious offence and said it’s fortunate no one was hurt. He revoked the driver’s licence for a year and also fined him $2,500.
