The Idle No More movement protesting federal government policies over land, resources and treaty rights make its presence felt again Thursday night.

The demonstration was held at Midtown Plaza, with those who showed up for the demonstration noticing a note posted on the mall entrance outlining the mall’s policy about unauthorized gatherings.

The posting said the mall does not condone, support, take sides or allow unauthorized gatherings.

A source at Midtown Plaza told CTV News the mall isn't cracking down against the protest, they just want to make sure things remain peaceful.
