Three men charged in a fatal shooting in Saskatoon more than 10 years ago have been found not guilty of first degree murder.

Justice Richard Danyliuk acquitted Jonathan Dombowsky, Long Nam Luu and Kenneth Tingle Tuesday in Saskatoon’s Court of Queen’s Bench in the alleged contract killing of Isho Hana.

Hana was shot and killed in 2004 in what police describe as a drug turf war in Saskatoon.

In 2014 a jury found a fourth math, Neil Yakimchuk, guilty of shooting Hana. He successfully appealed his conviction and is now awaiting a new trial.
