An 18-year-old man died after being struck by a delivery truck in the parking lot of a Tim Hortons store in Prince Albert early Thursday.
The accident happened just before 6:30 a.m. at the restaurant located at 15th Street and Second Avenue West.
Police say the man was riding his bike when he ran into the side of a large truck that had pulled into the lot to make a delivery. The man fell under the wheels of the truck and was run over. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said charges will not be laid.
