A Prince Albert man is facing charges in connection to a crash last month that killed a prominent Prince Albert businessman.
Tanner Hallet Courtney, 21, faces charges including impaired driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death as a result of a May 20 head-on collision on Highway 2 near Prince Albert.
Ben Darchuk, the 53-year-old owner of Ben's Auto and House Glass died in the crash.
Courtney is scheduled to appear in provincial court on Aug. 2.
