A 12-year-old boy missing in a Saskatchewan provincial park has been found safe.

Dillon Rigby was reported missing from Greig Lake in Meadow Lake Provincial Park on Tuesday evening, shortly after he left the cabin where he was staying with family.

He was found Wednesday afternoon by a member of the public who was boating on the lake, RCMP said in a media release.

He has since been examined by paramedics and returned to his family. RCMP said he is in good condition.

Mounties, police dogs and conservation officers were all involved in the search.
