On May 27, 2016, around 11:45 p.m., Battlefords RCMP responded to a call of a home invasion and shooting victim on 112th Street in North Battleford. A man with a non-fatal gunshot wound was transported to Saskatoon’s Royal University Hospital by STARS air ambulance. Police dogs and other units were at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
