The owner of an apartment block in Prince Albert is appealing a demolition order for the building.
The Minto apartments on 9th Street East are empty and have been for more than seven years while this legal battle has dragged on.
The city says it is a nuisance building and they want it torn down. The owner wants to sell the building to an outreach group.
The latest appeal has been filed with the Saskatchewan Court of Appeals.
