Saskatoon Police charged a woman with 28 weapons related offenses.
The charges come after the street gang unit executed a search warrant at a home in the 400 block of Avenue W South at approximately 12:00 a.m. Thursday.
The search was assisted by members from emergency response team and the canine unit. Once inside, the police found five guns and ammunition.
The 23-year-old female resident was taken in to custody and charged with 28 firearm-related charges.
She is scheduled to appear before a Justice of the Peace Thursday night.
