Twenty-three pigs were stolen from a major hog farm in central Saskatchewan last week, according to RCMP.
Police said in a media release Thursday evening the pure white pigs were stolen Aug. 26 from Big Sky Pork near Kelvington, Sask. sometime between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
RCMP are requesting the public’s help in solving the crime. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the Rose Valley/Kelvington RCMP at 306-322-2550 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
