The City of Saskatoon is reminding voters about changes for the upcoming civic election on October 24th.

Before casting a ballot, voters will be required to show identification.  The city says voters can use a drivers license.  But if you do not have one, two other pieces of identification will be necessary, such as a utility bill or health card.  An entire list of identification options can be found at www.saskatoon.ca/go/vote

Also, voters who will be away during the election can send in their ballot by mail.  Applications for a mail in ballot can be made in person at city hall, and ballots must be receieved by 8pm on election day.
